Goat Milk Fish Pie
Fish pie is a family favourite and is especially delicious when you add a few spoonful of Bubs Australian Goat Milk Toddler Drink.
Recipe
Serves 4
For the mashed potato topping
- 500g potatoes
- 100ml water & 2 spoonful Bubs Australian Goat Milk Toddler Drink.
- 40g cheese, grated
For the pie
- 500g mixed seafood
- 1 large carrot
- 1 celery stalk
- 1 onion
- 2 garlic cloves
- 100ml hot water & 2 spoonful Bubs Australian Goat Milk Toddler Drink.
- 100g cheese, grated
Step 1
Make the mashed potato first by giving the potatoes a good wash under running water, cubing them and then steaming over a saucepan of hot water until soft. Then mash them with the water and formula mixture and pop to the side.
Step 2
Preheat your oven to 180°C. Grate the carrot, celery, onion and garlic. Sweat them off in a pan with a little olive oil until they start to get a little colour.
Step 3
Make up the sauce for the pie by combining the Bubs Goat Toddler Milk with the hot water and stirring through the grated cheese. Combine the sauce with the vegetables and seafood. If you need a little extra water, add it now with an extra spoonful of Goat milk for every 100ml water you add.
Step 4
Spoon the pie mixture into small ramekins and top with a generous spoonful of mashed potato. Sprinkle with the grated cheese and bake in the oven for 30 minutes or until the pie is bubbling. Serve with green beans or and even warm up some Super Vegetable Rice Congee on the side.
