Delicious & Healthy Alternative to Mac and Cheese
Mac and Cheese is a lovely childhood dish for so many, and substituting cows milk for goat milk can add an interesting twist for babies with sensitive tummies.
Ingredients
Serves 4
- ½ carrot
- ¼ cup cauliflower
- 1 small potato
- ¼ cup nutritional yeast
- ¼ cup water or broth
- 2 spoonful Bubs Australian Goat Milk Toddler Drink
- 1 cup raw pasta (such as spirals)
Recipe
Step 1
Steam the veggies until they’re soft enough to mash with a fork.
Step 2
Pop the pasta into boiling water to cook and let your blender handle the rest. Pop all ingredients except the pasta into your blender and process until thick and creamy. You may want to add a little more water or broth to get the consistency you’re after.
Step 3
Now, stir the veggie mixture through the cooked and drained pasta. You can always sprinkle a little more nutritional yeast on top for extra cheesiness if you like.
